You can see in the picture a large black pipe this is used to pump the concrete in the footings.The pump can deliver the  concrete some 100meters from the foundations.Saves a lot of time and labour this way.

On this project we are installing the floor beams prior to the building inspectors inspection .This is one of many stages .

We are at this present time installing a new toilet for a customer in this extention that was undertaken some 6 weeks ago .

A small extention under way and will be shorty finished .This was a garage convertion and is being carried out in Southend on Sea Essex .Many peaple are having this type of convertion .

A large conservatory  base 5m 3.5m we matched the house bricks to complement the build .This work was in Colchester Essex works was completed in one week .

here we have a new build under way and near completion we should be on target for a 13 week completion if any one can john cann

This project needed a soak/away for the surface water from the guttering .All works are then inspected by the local building inspector as was this and passed.
