Here we have a soak away being installed by us in Rochford Essex .The rainwater that goes into your guttering will go down a down pipe and run under the garden a fall into the soak away.The Dimension of the soak away are 1mx1mx1meter deep. There are sometimes up to three soak away on large houses.

Here we have the over/site for one of our bases .You can clearly see the square reinforcement mess that we use to make the concrete even stronger .The concrete will set in around 48hrs .Once set we will then return to site to undertake the installation of the top floor that is called the screed .

Inside view of works in progress in this very large conservatory supplied and fitted by our selfs.Here you can see the tie bars that span from side to side .They are there to hold tight the roof system you have to crank them up with a socket set.This conservatory was fitted in Essex .

CONSERVATORY BASE WORKS BASILDON ESSEX

Another base works under way from johns brickwork Essex builders.At this stage of the build we are raising the face brickwork up to the damp course so its level with the existing one.Once this is complete we will raise the external wall up to the necessary level.The time scale for this type of works on the site was around 2 weeks .

A flat roof lean to conservatoire supplied and fitted by us in Essex .As you can see in the bottom half their are panels to complement the style all the way round .The french doors to the front invite the garden into the inside of the conservatory when the doors are open .The water from the roof when it rain runs into a water but .
