This tool is called a theodolite it is for transferring levels from footing or just about anything .It is a very important tool that is very accurate .

Here  we have another extension in progress in Leigh on Sea Essex .The main part of the build is in block work anD will be a set render finish.This type of work is quite involved as you can see .It can sometimes take up most of the garden as you can all materials are supply by us inc the scaffolding in the picture.

A small extension that we are building for a client in Westcliff on sea Essex .The extension is for a downstairs toilet and shower room.As you can see from the picture that we are now ready for the rendering of the block work that is now completed. This project is priced around the £15k and would put around £20k on the house.

This extention is in Southend on sea and is clearly underway.We will be finished in around 4 working weeks .As you can see we have the roof on and the scaffolding is all around the job.This extention is almost as big as the house it has 2 extra beed rooms and a second loungr and bathroom to the upper floors.All the out side will be of render finish to match the exsisting house. Hear we have cavity brickwork on a extension in Southend On Sea Essex.If you closely look you will be able to see the wall ties that connect the outer leaf brickwork to the inner leaf.These aid in the wall strength and must be placed in at every six courses of brickwork.All the works were carried out by johns brickwork ltd and signed off by the local building inspectors from the Southend on Sea council .This is so that all works carried out meets and complies with all the necessary building regulation that are set down by our government.

Here we are making an oping for the extention at Rochford Essex .The Extention was carried out by johns brickwork and completed on time slightly over budget due to the local building inspector needing larger footings due to the trees near by.

You can see in the picture a large black pipe this is used to pump the concrete in the footings.The pump can deliver the  concrete some 100meters from the foundations.Saves a lot of time and labour this way.
