Here you can see just how many parts are involved in the construction and putting together of this large conservatory that was built by us in southend on sea Essex. When it was built the client install a very large indoor pool with a built in wave machine .

Here  we have another extension in progress in Leigh on Sea Essex .The main part of the build is in block work anD will be a set render finish.This type of work is quite involved as you can see .It can sometimes take up most of the garden as you can all materials are supply by us inc the scaffolding in the picture.

On some foundations we have been asked to pile the footing .This machine you can see drills a hole in the around 300 Cm’s round and then drill down around 20 meters deep.There are around three piles on this job in Southend on sea Essex .All work carried out by johns brickwork ltd with our own plant .We also cover this type of work in Essex as we are Essex Builders. If any on can john cann .This work was for a conservatory Base .

johns brickwork carried out works to the White Hart Pub in Hockley Essex.We wrere ginving the task to convert the old out side toilets into an out side smoking area for the patrons of the pub.All works works were carried out in about two weeks from start to finish. With a final lick of paint and some inside plastering i think you will agree it turn out fine

We are at this present time installing a new toilet for a customer in this extention that was undertaken some 6 weeks ago .

A small extention under way and will be shorty finished .This was a garage convertion and is being carried out in Southend on Sea Essex .Many peaple are having this type of convertion .

Another fire place built for a customer in a new build all works carried out by johns brickwork ltd

Here we have a very deep footing some seven feet deep Due to the nature of the footing we have to shore the sides and try to stop the edges back filling in .We had a concrete pump to place it in .

On the refurb in the pub we discovered the old fire place hidden for years behind plasterboard.We cleaned it up and re pointed it all and it stands proud once again for all to see and enjoy

Here we have a set of french door fittted at a local pub as part of a refurb .
